Every order moves through two distinct time phases: processing and transit. Processing begins at purchase and ends when the package leaves our system. Transit begins at dispatch and ends at delivery.
Processing takes up to 48 hours for order verification, quality control, packaging, and dispatch preparation. Separately, estimated processing time is 2–7 business days — reflecting variability across order volume, item type, and internal workflow sequencing.
Transit requires 7–15 business days from our fulfillment center to final destination.
Where Your Order Goes
After purchase, orders are forwarded to a fulfillment facility. This is where physical handling occurs: items are verified, inspected, packed, and prepared for carrier handoff. No direct shipping occurs from MINDGLOWBOOK’s operational offices.
Why Timelines Shift
Transit duration depends on infrastructure and jurisdictional conditions outside MINDGLOWBOOK’s control. These include:
- Customs holds shipments for inspection or documentation review
- Severe weather disrupts air and ground transport networks
- Public holidays suspend carrier operations in origin, transit, or destination countries
- Transportation disruptions — such as port congestion, flight cancellations, or road closures — reroute or stall movement
- Local regulations impose mandatory quarantine, labeling, or classification steps
This applies to international destinations including Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, UAE, and various other locations.

MINDGLOWBOOK does not guarantee specific transit timeframes. Delivery estimates cannot be assured due to customs requirements, carrier limitations, or country-specific import and transportation policies. Responsibility for delays arising from these factors rests with carriers and external authorities — not with MINDGLOWBOOK.
